Our tyranny governments rely on us not knowing or understanding the law that actually governs us.
In this post I’m endeavouring to bring together into one place all the various letters/emails people can use to stand up against the tyranny of the day.
They are chiefly for Australia, but other countries would have similar I’m sure. You may have to dig. Also, the link to the templates I have at the bottom of the page are written by an English lawyer.
Please, if you have a copy of any other legally written letters that can freely be used, please let me know where to find them so I can add a link, or place them on this page if possible. As I also have a reach worldwide, I don’t mind from which country they come.

List of Laws governing Australia
This is a list of the current laws governing Australia. Unless you are given a Biosecurity Control Order under certain conditions as explained by these laws, you do not need to wear a mask, social distance, undergo PCR tests, be quarantines, contact tracing or any other law the officials endeavour to put on us.
Make sure you print off copies and give them around. We all need to know this. Keep a copy on yourself at all times.
Enforcing Mask Wearing

They cannot refuse you entry into a store if you are not wearing a mask if you have a lawful medical exemption. It’s against the Constitution! The law is on your side.
Be assured that no-one, and I mean no-one, can require you to wear a mask! They also may not ask you to give them your personal medical information. You do not need a doctor’s certificate if you choose not to wear a mask. It is up to you. No-one may ask you why you are not wearing a mask as that is in violation of the Privacy Act

Please make sure you are familiar with the laws surrounding mask wearing. Look up the various Acts as stated.
COVID-19 PCR Testing
You are legally able to refuse this invasive and potentially dangerous testing. In Australia, they are not lawfully allowed to carry it out on you if they don’t hold a Biosecurity Control Order. This needs to be issued by a judge, in a court. You also must present with symptoms or have been with someone with symptoms.
The States are carrying out orders which go against a Federal issued order. The Federal always wins over the States!
Business Owners of Australia
Beware that it is important that you have a full comprehension of the laws of Australia. This includes all business owners and their employees. This is imperative when dealing with customers that you comprehend your own rights and the rights of your customers.
Government directives are confusing, but this document makes it completely clear. The law is on your side!

Enforcement of the COVIDSafe App
There are stiff penalties for store owners or employers etc enforcing contact tracing through the use of the COCVIDSafe app. Be aware of the law! If someone is insisting that you download the app they are facing 5 years imprisonment or 300 penalty units which equates to a $66,600 fine!
You may do it if you want to, but if you don’t agree with it, the law is on your side!

Vaccines/Jab/Shot
In actual fact, we should not be calling it a vaccine. It is not a vaccine. It does nothing to prevent any kind of disease, but rather it can and does cause some very serious issues in your body… oftentimes leading to death.
But still, many people call it a vaccine, so please, when you read that, comprehend it is in fact a weapon of war in use to depopulate the earth.

This is a copy of a letter to the Minister for Social Services, Canberra, ACT. 2600. It’s a Notice of Demand regarding the forced vaccination of any child in your care:

This is a letter to send to the Minister for Social Services, Canberra, ACT, Australia, saying:
‘It is My Will that you cause any reference to the word “must” within the A New Tax System (Family Assistance) Act 1999 to be changed to the word “should”.’
They advise every Australian do this.
Warranty of Vaccine Safety for a doctor asking you to take the jab
You should print off a copy of this Warranty of Vaccine Safety and present it to any doctor who is encouraging you to take the jab.
Can you imagine any doctor proceeding to give a vaccine after agreeing to fill out this form? I don’t think so!
No force or coercion into having a CO/VID so-called ‘vaccine’ – know your rights!

In Australia…
Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act Chapter V – The States, 109
When a law of a State is inconsistent with a law of the Commonwealth, the latter shall prevail, and the former shall, to the extent of the inconsistency, be invalid.
Or in the USA…
The Supremacy Clause in the Constitution explains that federal law always trumps state law which means federal always wins if there is a conflict between the two. If there is no conflict then the state law will be used but if there is any question or conflict of the two reading as the same, then the federal rule would win.

In Australia, there is a Biosecurity Control Order for:
“The emergency requirements are qualified and restricted by the significant fact that the emergency requirements and directions can not request an individual to be isolated, detained, tested, vaccinated, medically treated or bodily searched, among other actions, in the absence of a Biosecurity Control Order issued to the individual.”

It must be issued, according to the law.
It quite clearly states that this Biosecurity Control Order must be issued before anyone can vaccinate you.
The Nuremberg Code clearly states that vaccination must be voluntary among other things mentioned.

Lock Downs
Are you or your business eligible for compensation
This is a sample of a letter that you should send to your Chief Health Officer regarding whether you or your business are subect to a public health order or not. If not you may find that you are eligible for compensation as a result of all these Cov/id-18 restrictions and lock downs.

The only templates I currently have access to are the ones shown on this page.
If you consider what the Bio Security Act say etc… it shouldn’t be too hard to write one up yourself. The main thing is to keep them simple. Say only what you need to say and start off a little gentler. Plan to write three notices with each one progressively more demanding than the last.
Give them specific times to respond and then act if they don’t.
Keep them polite at all times.
Marilyn this is wonderful you have done this research and outlaid it in such a fashion. People need to wake up and not be afraid. Take a stance.
We listen to people being concerned about States bringing in draconian laws. These are, as you say over ridden by Commonwealth, if not then by the original Nuremberg Code.
I don’t have a mask and if a demand is made I will tell them I will call the Police to have them arrested. The Police must act.
A few years ago the Australian Football League was concerned that players were taking too long to take the kick that they had been awarded. They pondered long and hard on a remedy. A former champion of the game simply suggested the umpire just call play-on. Problem solved. This may not seem relevant but this is an example how those in authority react. Maybe this explains we so many of them are committing these crimes without understanding the ramifications.
